Company Description

County Marquees was founded in 1989 by two brothers, Matthew and David Higgs. The company specializes in marquee hire for weddings, parties, corporate events and all types of outdoor occasions.

Based in London and the home counties, we are an independent family marquee company dedicated to offering an efficient, quality marquee hire service to all of our customers.

We know that the success of our customers' events is partly dependant on the quality of our product. So we work hard to ensure we always offer good, clean, functioning equipment that will set off any sort of event to perfection. And all at a reasonable price.

Product & Services we offer

We supply white tents and there are several types to choose from. Frame marquees come in five widths — 4m, 6m, 12m, 9m and 15m (14', 20', 30', 40' and 50') — and can be as long as you like.

For flexible space planning, these marquees can be joined together into L or U shapes. Frame marquees can also be attached to a building.

We also supply 12m (40') traditional marquees with poles and guy ropes, and novelty Chinese Hat tents

Tent linings are ivory-coloured, and can be enhanced with swags in any colour. Standard floorings are coconut matting, and more formal wooden hard floors. Wooden and black and white dance floors are also available.

Hiring a marquee from our company is simple. We offer free no-obligation site visits where we will inspect and measure your site, and offer suggestions to help achieve the type of marquee, size, layout, and and look that you want. Following a confirmed booking, we will contact you a fortnight before the event to arrange dates for putting up and taking down. Normally, we put up a marquee a few days before your event, and dismantle it a few days after. We can fit in with your arrangements.

We have special prices for winter marquee hire. We also hire out heaters so parties stay warm! Hard floors, though not cheap, protect the marquee from wet ground
