We are a social enterprise business which promotes cycling for everyday use because we see it as a solution to the environmental, health, and social problems facing our planet.

As the world becomes more aware of the climate problems caused by pollution from the transportation sector, the London Bicycle Parking Valet points to cycling as a very clean and healthy transportation solution to events and festivals.

As the inner city air quality appears hazier every year, more and more people across areas of London are agreeing that we should focus more energy on reducing transportation emissions; however many people still hesitate before choosing their bikes for transportation in London.  We’re working to change that.

Our programs encourage bicycle and motorist awareness and teach cyclists safe traffic riding skills. We advocate for more bicycle friendly roads across the region. Our volunteers re-build bicycles and offer them to local communities and individuals who cannot afford bicycles.

Product & Services we offer

Well before an event, we visit the site to work with event organisers on the best location for their parking area, signage and access issues to be commincated with event security and staff and included on event maps.

We erect a security baricade enclosure and portable bike racks, signs at the periphery of the event to direct cyclists to the valet parking.

During agreed upon hours, our volunteer attendants check in bikes with two-part tickets; one half goes on the bike, the other half is the cyclists claim check. Users may lock their bikes if they wish.

Our volunteers offer on-the-spot bike safety or helmet-fit advice and other cycling information. We can also offer more structured bike repair or riding education or sell accessories if this is appropriate. We carry public liability insurance for all our activities and can have event organisers listed as additional insured.
